In the fall of 2005, Doug Erwin founded TTP Solutions LLC. After spending years in the corporate world working as a solutions development architect, he decided it was time for a change. Thus, TTP Solutions LLC was born.
We quickly positioned ourselves as one of the foremost consulting experts on the workflow process application platform known back then as Serena TeamTrack. With a strong work ethic and consistent delivery of high-quality solutions, TTP Solutions LLC began to take off, and the team started to grow.
As time went on, Doug developed expertise in B2B communications and collaboration and started toying with the idea of marrying business process workflow and B2B messaging. Thus ChainLink SRM was born.
Today we are a growing and vibrant team of creative and hardworking IT professionals with a passion for problem-solving and a growing portfolio of products and services.
We’ve been in the business long enough to see SBM change names and change owners, and we’re still striving to be the foremost experts in the entire world on the platform almost twenty years after beginning operations.
Doug is married to Connie and enjoys time with family, woodworking, outdoor activities, and travel.
David is the Director of Business Development at TTP Solutions LLC. Since 2019, David has been the driving force behind sales and marketing development.
David holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and a B.A. in Spanish from Middle Tennessee State University. He has a passion for helping others to solve problems creatively.
Husband to KerrieAnn, David loves photography, hiking, traveling, and reading.
Stephen is a Technical Consultant and Training Specialist at TTP Solutions, LLC. Stephen joined the company in 2020 after working with Micro Focus as a Consultant and Training Manager for over two decades on their Serena products.
Stephen holds a B.S. in Informational Technology and a B.A. in Chemistry. Steve loves to assist with finding out-of-the-box solutions for the Enterprise.
Steve is married to Marcia and loves to cook, play golf, music and travel.
